Hi all,

Thanks for the post Scott!  I was reading through and saw this paragraph:

A cyclist has all of the rights to the roadway applicable
to any driver, except as to the special regulations
for bicycles [§316.2065(1)]. A cyclist is not
required to have a driver's license [§322.01(42)].

Last year I remember reading a thread regarding the use of trails and the
warnings to carry your D/L or face incarceration.  I have routinely carried
my D/L since then, not wanting to test this assertion.

In light of this paragraph, is a cyclist required to carry a D/L?

This is a great document, I thought I would pass it on here as well.
