Hi everyone,
On Sunday, April 11, there will be an offroad mtn bike ride at the Landbridge Trailhead (near Ocala) at 8am. (see map at: http://omba.org/index.php/Trailhead-Locations.html). The ride will take place on the Landbridge trails and 49th Ave trails which make up the Hammerhead Hundred Mountain Bike Race Loop (see goneriding.com for more info on this upcoming event). Non-mtn bike related: there will also be a group trail run at the same time and location with a planned distance of 10-15 miles (at an easy pace of course) on either the yellow trails or on the Florida Trail. If you are running (or biking), bring plenty of hydration/electrolytes as the weather is definitely warming up! Water is available at the Landbridge trailhead for refills. If you decide to join us, please let me know ahead of time (and if you will be biking or running) so I know who will be meeting us at the trailhead.
