I can fix most wheels.

I can build the pair if someone has 36 spoke rims.

*Most Importantly* The rear does not need to have a cassette hub body - as in:

1) if it is manufactured for a screw-on freewheel (like a SS or fixed-gear wheel), that's a-ok.
2) if your rear wheel has a *broken* cassette hub body, that's a-ok.  I can actually teach you how to fix it in trade.
