If
there are riders for both Glider pace and HighBee pace rides there will be
ride
leaders for both rides; although both will be going on the same route and
can
join together is the group wishes to do that. We welcome any GCC and TVM
members to join in on the ride as long as you are comfortable with
participating in a ride for one of the above mentioned groups. While these
rides will go at these paces, this is not an official Glider ride unless
Roger
Pierce chooses to post it as such; however any riders who typically do
those
rides are welcome to join us. All rides will be a no drop ride with soft
pedaling as needed to re-group and re-grouping at turns when needed.
Originally, this ride was planned to
go to
Williston, but due to the wildfires and the smoke caused by them we will do
that ride another time.
Pace: Normal
Glider pace of 19-21 MPH and the normal HighBee and Team
VetMed pace of 17-18 MPH will be in utilized on this
ride.
Membership
Requirements: Please note that
HighBee
rides are open to all GCC members who wish to participate. Those that are
non-members may ride with the group as a guest of a sponsoring member once
without being required to be a member. Team
VetMed
members are welcome.
