Hi, Sunrise gang,

Betcha you got kinda damp Fri morning while I slept till 815 am...red wine does that to you.

Feel pretty good today. So how 'bout this ride....

Saturday, meet at Chevron 730 am, which is the real time of sunrise.  Skies clear, temp ~55-60 F.  Depart 745 am sharp...at 746 am, all you'll see is red flasher(s) disappearing N up NW 43rd.

With a tip of the hat to Scott E....Do the 38 mile Sunrise loop backwards...NW 43rd N, LT onto 441, RT into Hague, 237 N, LT onto 235 SW, RT onto 239 N, LT onto 236 W, LT onto 241 S with a 10-15 mph NW tailwind home over the hills, back in to the Chevron via MH Road, home by 10 am. 38 miles station back to station.

All GCC and Sunrise rules apply...helmets, regroup at turns, flat ground speed capped at 22 mph, till near the end, etc...but I intend to ride steady at ~20-21 mph. Speed work happens during the week.  Next week is the GCF and for me a ride of 56 miles on the SFC short route, so this is the time for one last medium tempo ride before a big effort over the 56 miles.

I will do this regardless of who shows...maybe C U there...Bob Howland
