Some are going some are canceling; so what will the HighBees do? Start later of course! Here is the current thinking. Right now it is drizzling in Jonesville and Weather.com is showing 40% rain at 8:00am, so if that does occur the roads will be wet at 9:00 when we roll out even if it is not raining (so I see a bike cleaning in my immediate future). I’m thinking if we wait until 9:15 to meet and roll out at 9:30 we have a decent chance of no rain and maybe no bike cleaning later if the roads are fairly dry by then. The weather is going to be cool enough all day so that’s not a problem. Starting that time still gets us back at a good time to hit the pizza place or Conestoga’s at the end of the ride. I will send a follow up message at 8:00am after checking the forecast again and when it is light out and I can also check the weather the old fashion way by going outside and looking at the sky. If it doesn’t work out for today at all, I’m thinking we can do the same plan tomorrow. Please check back right after 8:00 for the follow up and that should leave plenty of time to get to the ride if we are going to do it today which I hope will be the case.
