When does the "3 foot clearance law' go into effect?  We've been getting "buzzed" by utility and construction materials trucks on a regular basis.  I'd like to start reporting the incidents to the vehicle owners.
 
This is a sad but not unpredictable incident.  I'd bet the "distraction" was a cell phone.

Whew, the driver is being charged with "failure to drive in a straight line", how about vehicular manslaughter?  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family left behind.
