The Kickstand, Gainesville's co-op community bike shop will celebrate it's second anniversary on Sat. Feb. 20.   The fun includes a scavenger hunt bike ride,  a family bike ride, a Bike-in movie( like a drive-in movie, except on bicycles)  and music (acoustic).

This is a chance for GCC members to visit the community bike shop.  The facility will horrify some of you, but this is an excellent effort by young,idealistic people who belive in alternative transportation.   This is a chance to enjoy bad garage bands and to make anthropological observations on todays' "alternative" young people.

 

Come to the event, it will be fun.
