In case anyone is interested....here is a 3 Gap 50 Saturday training alternative.
 
Depart at 715 am at sunrise heading north up 43rd from  Newberry Road then out west on 39th Ave to steeper longer west side of overpass.  Arrive and start hill repeats about 740 am.  At least 5 repeats.
 
Finish last hill and ride hard tempo heading west on 39th to 241. Right turn north, just past MH Road take 1st left (78th?) and run west again to 236(?).  Right turn onto 236, then take next right turn (94th?)and head east to arrive on steep long west side of Chestnut Hill.  At least 5 repeats.
 
Crest last hill heading east and punch it even harder towards home south on 241, LT onto MH Road...if mileage allows do more repeats on MH Road over pass...3-5 repeats.
 
Then really kick it in gear to head home...total miles not more than 40, total climbs not more than 13, home by about 930 am.  Look-down, flat road speed of 20+ mph.
 
If anyone wants to hook in...I would see you heading west on 39th or doing those 1st set of hill repeats on 39th overpass.
