Hi all,

Any Pedalers out there…….. come and join Chandler and me for the following ride:

The Hokey Pokey group will ride the back roads of Micanopy on Saturday, May 21.   We will ride 21 miles.  The group should meet in Micanopy at 8:15 a.m.with a 8:30 start time.

Everyone is welcome to come on this ride (of course, you must wear a bike helmet).  Don't worry about being slow, no one is slower than me and we never leave anyone behind.

The ride will be chaperoned by the ride leader who will ride at the back of the group to make sure no one gets lost.  The ride leader is also a bicycle mechanic who can help fix flat tires and help with any other mechanical problems.

DIRECTIONS TO DOWNTOWN MICANOPY:   US 441 directions   Take US 441 (13th Street) south to Micanopy.  Turn right at the flashing light  and go 1/8 mile and park in front of the City Hall/Library.

I-75 directions Take I-75 south and exit at Exit 374 (CR 234 and Micanopy).  Turn north (left) onto CR 234 and proceed about 1/4 mile and turn right at Micanopy sign.  Go about 1/2 mile and turn left where the road dead ends in downtown Micanopy. Go 1/4 mile, the City Hall/Library will be on the left.
