A jump in the pool is too much to pass up.  I will going on this ride instead of the Trail, although possibly at a little slower speed if you would care to join us/me.

I'm sure some of you may rather do our traditional Sunday Trail ride.  If you wish to do so you can post the ride to let others know you will be there.

Thanks... Bob

Subject: GCCMail: LoBee Peddle and Pool Sun July 12

Tony and I invite the LoBees to join us for a peddle and pool event:
  • When: Sun July 12, meet at 8 AM for an 8:15 AM departure, from our home, which in along Millhopper Rd. RSVP for directions.
  • What: ~25 mi ride (see description below), followed by a jump in the pool and lunch. Towels, beer/soda, lunch provided - no need to bring anything. Jump in the pool in your bike outfit or bring a suit to change into.
About LoBees:

The Lo Bees are a group that strives to combine consistent exercise with camaraderie among our riders. We like to keep the speeds in the 15 MPH range (sometimes a little higher or lower depending on the terrain).

Two constants that guide the manner in which Lo Bees ride are:  the law and common courtesy. Lo Bees will obey all Florida cycling laws, a listing of which may be found here: http://gccfla.org/laws.html

As always: helmets are mandatory, mirrors are recommended.
