Dear Friends of Chain Reaction

    I would like to take the time to inform you all of some changes at
Chain Reaction Bicycles.  This week we closed a deal for a partial
change in ownership at Chain Reaction.  I along with a new partner,
Thomy Bolduc, purchased the remainder of the business from Raleigh.  We
would like to thank Raleigh for his service and for the hardwork he put
in to get Chain Reaction to the position it is in today.  Thomy, comes
from a cycling background and also has had years of service in the
corporate world with a major health care provider, as well as, several
years working for the University Athletic Association.  Thomy is an
accomplished triathelete, endurance cyclist, and former road racer.

    We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we will
be honoring all business agreements that are currently standard practice
at Chain Reaction, discounts and service plans.  We hope to increase our
business with you in the future and want to assure you that we will do
everything we can to provide the highest level of service and courtesy
possible.
