Look in Options --> Preferences --> Hardware tab - in your Polar program.

My guess is that you have the wrong Com Port # selected. You may need to use trial and error until you get the right one.

If that doesn't work I may be able to go through my desk drawers and find the email of the Polar representative in Florida.

I'm about to throw this HR monitor, Dell Computer and IR thingamajig out my window. I cannot figure out how to connect these things. I am following all the directions and then some. I even tried following the directions in other languages. That made it worse. I can't read Deutsch!! I can read Espanol, but it still didn't work. Can someone with some experience and technical skills help the me, the Hot Pepper for those who know be by that name or just that real short guy who likes to climb and sprint.
