This weeks schedule is as follows:

 

Tuesday:  1 hour+/- (depends on how many show up) hard rotation.

We will warm up for about 20 minutes and ride 121, 236 and 241. When we are done with the rotation we will ride tempo.

 

Thursday: Sprint work

We will probably do the Brooker loop so we can get in some longer flatter roads. We will mix the sprinting up sometimes going for signs sometimes going for telephone poles. The rest of the ride will be at tempo pace.

 

Time: 5:30 (This is when we leave)

 

Place: Chevron @ 53rd and 43rd.
