Next weekend, my daughter is in a dance competition at Lennard High School located on East Shell Point Road in Ruskin, FL. Never been there, but I know Ruskin is a v. pretty rural farming area so I'm hoping to get in an 1-2 hour ride over the weekend on either Saturday &/or Sunday.

What are road conditions like? Bike lanes? Wide country roads? Or, narrow suicidal roads? Anyone got any suggested roads &/or routes from the town out into the country and back? Roads &/or areas to avoid...like the interstate?
