For those of you who may have had your interest piqued by the recent RoadBikeRider article regarding yoga: If you have never been to Big Ron's Yoga (i know it is a stupid name but an awesome workout) and are interested in a free class, please feel free to phone me at 352-376-8670 to set up a time (you will have better luck contacting me via phone rather than email). I am teaching 5 or 6 classes a week there so there is probably a time that would fit your schedule. Now that it is so cold outside, the 100 degree 140 minute workout will feel great and help get you into even better shape .

As it so happens, i will be teaching tonight (tuesday) at 6:30; call me and i will tell you what to bring and when to arrive (classes have been pretty full lately).
