This weeks schedule is as follows:

 

Tuesday:  Hard rotation.

We will warm up for about 20 minutes and ride 235, 239, 241 and Millhopper.

 

Thursday: 30-45 minutes of rotation followed by moderate ride back.

 

Time: 6:00 (This is when we leave)

 

Place: Chevron @ 53rd and 43rd.
