Meet this Thursday 6:00 p.m., leave 6:10 Bike Works parking lot at Tioga Town Center for an easy run-walk 5k at about 10min/mile running pace. No Drop. Next Thursday will be cancelled because I will be leaving with the Team MS ride for some group riding instruction.
