Hi Everyone, We will have an off-road ride this Sunday, February 22, at San Felasco. Meet at the bike trailhead, off SR 441 just south of Alachua. The ride will start at 11am, so be there and ready to ride by that time. Distance and pace depends on who shows up, but we typically have a faster, intermediate, and not so fast group. All levels and skills are welcome. For novice riders, you will have someone to ride with, and we will wait at all the turns so you will not get dropped. This is a good opportunity to become familiar with the trails at San Felasco for riders who have yet to explore the park. I will be at the 12 Hours of Santos mountain bike race in Ocala on Saturday to shoot photos and ride some of the non-race trails. If you are interested in checking out some of the exciting race action and getting in a few miles of off-road riding too, please contact me to set up a time and location to meet.
