Come run easy with us (run four minutes, walk thirty seconds or so) at Bike Works parking lot, Tioga Town Center, meet Thursday 6 p.m., leave 6:10 p.m. Some post-run miles to follow for more experienced asphalt pounders. Based on last week (nine runners), we are making this a regular event. Eventually, we'll run to The Rock trails and run cross country.
