I just picked up a Light and Motion Vis 360 light system a couple of weeks ago. It consists of a 115 lumen headlight and a 4 lumen tailight and is mounted on the helmet. I have used it several times for my early morning commutes and so far I have no complaints. Seems adequately bright enough and it enables the rider to be seen from the front, back, and side. Not sure how it would do for the faster riders but for my speed, it works just fine. You can recharge the self-contained battery by plugging it into a USB port on a computer or you can use your cell phone charger if your charger is equipped with the mini-usb plug. It cost me about $150 dollars with my discount at one of the LBS in the area.
