Hi everyone,

NOTE - from this Sunday on, the official ride start time for the Sunday sunrise ride will be 7:30am!!  After heated debates, fist fights, a few keyed cars, and more than instance of suspicious glass in a tire (yep I had 5 flats last week), I have caved and decided to start this ride at 7:30am (not 7am as we did last year).   This is to accommodate those who drive up from the South to join the ride.  Sunrise is called for 7:24 this week, and last week there was already plenty of light at 7:30 to start the ride.  so 7:30am it is for the rest of the summer.

So....
Sunday March 30th, Meet at 7:15am for a 7:30am sharp departure.  38 miles, 19-20mph average (we cruise usually around 20).  Ride speed is capped firmly at 22mph on flats for the first 30 or so miles - after which expect a jump in pace.  We regroup at all turns.
