We missed a week with reports because we were buried under entry forms!  We are currently ahead of last year in the number of entries received at this point before the event.

 

If you were not a club member on September 2^nd, we haven’t yet sent you a Festival Entry Certificate.  The certificate has the club member pricing for each of the events ($5 savings on each), and provides more options for t-shirts than are available to the general public.  We hope to get these out in the next week

 

Our volunteer status has improved over the last few days, but we still have a significant number openings, some of them critical.  Here is a summary of our status:
