This week’s ride info:

Day: Saturday, October 3^rd

Time: 7:45am meeting, 8:00am departure. Please note the small change in the meeting and starting times this week.

Meeting Place: Flemington Community Park on CR 329.   If anyone doesn’t know how to get there let me know.

Route and Mileage: We will do the southern portion of the Morriston Ride which should by my estimate be around 38-40 miles. This is pretty country for a ride and to my knowledge we have not done this ride before; at least not the portion going into Morriston. We’ll start at Flemington Park and take a stop in Morriston. By decision of the group we can deviate on the way back and go through Fairfield and north on CR 329 to Flemington, which would only add about 4 miles.

Pace: The HighBees ride pace is about 16-17 MPH. This is a friendly, no drop ride; we re-group at all turns when needed.

If you are new to GCC and are looking for a weekly ride with a moderate pace and moderate distance, please feel free to join us.

Membership Requirements: Please note that HighBee rides are open to all GCC members who wish to participate. Those that are non-members may ride with the group as a guest of a sponsoring member once without being required to be a member.
