Hi everyone,
Please join us at Noon this Saturday, Sept 10 for lunch at the San Felasco bike trailhead!  We'll have sub sandwiches, cookies, and water and GatorAde.

However, in order to partake of the free lunch, fun and fellowship, we'd like you to donate just 3 hours of your time beforehand helping to clean up the trails at San Felasco.  Trail maintenance is done entirely by volunteers, and there are only so many of us to go around.  So if you enjoy bike riding, horse riding, hiking, birding, or nature viewing, please join us this Saturday.  Details are below, and we hope to see you there!

San Felasco Workday this Saturday:
For anyone wishing to meet at the HQ as usual (directions below) to help get equipment organized, please be there no later than 8:30 am

If it is easier or closer for you to go to the bike trailhead (off 441 just south of Alachua), be there promptly at 9 am.  We will then coordinate both work crews.

Workday will be from 9 am - noon, and LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED!

Several trees are down, and weed growth is running rampant!

If you have any hand tools, line trimmers, chain saws, etc please bring them.  Please wear long pants, and don't forget your safety glasses if you plan to operate a saw, line trimmer, or mower.  Otherwise, just bring yourself - there are plenty of tools to go around.  Don't forget bug spray, sunscreen and water!

Call or email if you have any questions or need further details - and thanks in advance for your willingness to volunteer!
