I will be leaving from the Chevron Station North around 7.15 am on Saturday Morning. Will be back no later than 9.30 am. Speed will be 18-21 mph , heart rate zones 50%-70% of Max,
Hope someone can join me. Will probably ride around 45 - 50 miles
