Don't forget, GCC has a picnic on Monday, which is Labor
Day (see details below).
If you are coming, please RSVP to me chanbike@xxxxxxx (you can "reply"
) and let me know how many people you are bringing.
Pleases bring friends, guests and anyone who is interested in
cycling. The Gainesville/hawthorne Trail is a wonderful place
to bring newcomers, kids or anyone who likes to bike.

Don't forget, next weekend is a three day weekend, so riding groups
may want to plan a Monday ride, to celebrate Labor Day, Monday Sept. 3.
The Gainesville Cycling Club will have a picnic, Monday, September 3
at Boulware Springs (the trailhead of the Gainesville Hawthorne
Trail). The picnic will begin about noon, at the picnic area next to
the pumphouse.
Riding groups may want to schedule at Monday ride that ends at
Boulware Springs.
Fried chicken (from Churches Fried chicken) will headline the
menu, and the Club will provide soft drinks. Club members are asked
to bring a side dish to round out the menu.
Please RSVP Chandler at chanbike@xxxxxxx (you can just
"reply" to this e-mail) so we will know how much crispy chicken to
order.
Boulware Springs is on SE 15th Street, across from Prairie View
Elementary School.
