This week’s ride info:

Day: Saturday, January 7th

Time: 9:30 am meeting, 9:45 am departure (a little later departure in deference to the cold morning temps hanging around)

Meeting Place: Kangaroo, on the corner of SW 34^th St and Williston Road.

Route and Mileage: We’ll ride a modified version of the Melrose Ride, just cutting off Melrose by going south on CR 1469 which is a nice rolling road to ride. So it’s the Melrose ride without Melrose. We’ll do our rest stop at the Shell station at US 301 (That’s right folks, no Kangaroos or Chevrons on this ride). The route is around 46 miles. Pace: The HighBees ride pace is about 18-19 MPH. This is a friendly, no drop ride; we soft pedal or re-group at all turns when needed.
