The Gainesville Cycling Club will have a picnic on Saturday, July 17 at Fanning Springs State Park.

Food should begin at noonish. Club members should bring a side dish to round out the menu. The Club will provide soft drinks.

Club members who want to attend the picnic should RSVP to the GCC website (as per previous e-mail) so we can know how many people will attend.

The menu will be plain sandwiches that you can "dress" with various condiments. The sandwich will be a Kaiser Roll with a combination of various meats and cheeses including turkey, salami, ham, swiss cheese, provalone cheese, cheddar cheese.

You will be provided with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, peppers, mayonaise, mustard with which to "dress" your sandwich.

If someone who is good at making either hummus or baba ganoush could bring some, that would be great on Kaiser Rolls. Please let me know
