Sadly, Nancy and I have been called to a new position in Charlottesville, VA.  Thus, our house will be available for lease in early September.

 

We are at 6211 NW 33rd Terrace, up near the 43rd Street Chevron.  Our landlord is excellent, the house is wonderful, 3 bedrooms/2 baths.  The neighborhood is outstanding.  And, it's easily accessible to the Y and multiple GCC rides.  Given a decent work schedule, you can comfortably ride 30 to 40 miles in the evening with minimal traffic.

 

We can be reached at 376-0445 for another two weeks.  Our landlord is advertising in the Sun.

 

Hopefully the house stays in the GCC family, the Livingston's were here before us.
