To All: I just loved being able to put that in the title of an
email, I guarantee that a bunch of you will get this email marked as
SPAMJ Anyway, last weeks rides went
very
well we were able to stick to our ride agenda and have a very good workout.
I
would encourage anyone who has been avoiding our ride because of it’s
reputation to give us another try. The ride is still hard but it is more
controlled and with a purpose so at least you know what the goals are. This
weeks schedule is as follows: Tuesday: Hill repeats We will travel 236 and 241 doing
hill repeats at a hard pace but with recovery time between each climb. We
should be able to re-group after some of the more spread out climbs. The
pace
up to 236 will be tempo, so if you wanted you could do that part and finish
up
on 241 if you didn’t want to do all of the climbs (yes we will be
doing
Mebane hill). Thursday: Intervals We will probably do the Brooker
loop
so we can get in some longer moderate Intervals with the bulk of the ride
at
tempo pace, nothing too taxing as some of us will be racing this
weekend. My plan is to make this the norm for the posting of
Tuesday/Thursday rides. This way everyone has an idea of what to
