I hope someone from GCCwill take up the offer of going on the Bubbafest Bike tour of the Florida Keys,   I go each year as the staff mechanic/sag vehicle and it is great fun.

The ride starts in Key Largo, about 100 miles from Key West.  About 60 of the 100 miles are on a bike path that is separated from the highway,  just like a railtrail.

The route is easy, about 35 miles a day, with many possible side trips to visit beaches, historical sites, tiki bars etc.  we spend two days in Key West, so you can go scuba diving, take a day-cruise, visit historic sites, go pub crawling, etc.

When in Key West, I often visit the Hemingway House, then go to Sloppy Joe's (Hemingway's drinking spot) and then see if I can find my way back to the Hemingway House, probably much like ole Ernie did.

If you have any questions about Bubba's tour, please E-mail me.   Bubba puts on an excellent tour with excellent food, and Bubba himself is an unforgetable personallity.
