This weeks schedule is as follows: Tuesday: Hard rotation.  Route to be determined by group; in May we'll switch to the summer/long route. Thursday: Tempo.  This is a great ride for people looking for intensity / speed work, but are not interested in going as hard as we do on Tuesdays. Time & Location: 6:00PM depart, NW Chevron. NORTHWEST RIDES (NW 53rd Ave and NW 43rd St) Fast, hard, training ride.  The Tuesday ride usually ends up being pretty fast with speeds hovering around 25-27 mph for most of the ride with attacks reaching 30 mph at times.  The Thursday ride is more sociable, with speeds hovering in the 23-25 range and a few sprints.  We do NOT wait for those that get dropped, unless there is a mechanical reason.  Please be familiar with the NW part of Gainesville. As always, a helmet is required on all GCC rides.
