I have packet stuffing party for the GCC weekend, so I won’t be there for the Thursday ride.  Carry on, have fun.

Subject: GCCMail: Wascally Wabbit Wide Tuesday/Thursday Night Chevron Ride

Well I see we have run the A’s to ground, I thought I saw on several of the late season rides it looked like their tongues were hanging out. Even Wiley Coyote knows not to fool with da Wabbit.  I understand there won’t be a North A ride Tuesday, something about hairy legs I think, but the WWW lives.  This will be an A- ride.

We plan on riding all winter, so speed will be highlighted, as we want to get better, not kill each other.  This is a NO DROP ride.  So everyone is invited, but remember our goal is to try to maintain as close to an 19+MPH average as possible, and make all members stronger.  We will regroup at all major turns.  For those that want extra training, we will let you stay on the front for strength training.  This will allow our weaker members to sit in and gain knowledge of pack dynamics.  Please show up at 5:35 @ the Chevron Station, we leave promptly at 5:45PM.  Distance +/-40 miles

The WWW is closely aligned with Jo’s ride and is very women friendly, and we encourage women who would like to race in the spring to come out.  Even if you don’t want to race, but just want to get stronger, come on out.

Be sure to bring good lights (at least 500 lumens) and blinkie for your safety, you’ll be glad you did.

I shamelessly stole the below from JoJ

GCC Rules Apply. Helmets mandatory.

Please plan on bringing:

  • Water
  • Spare Tube(s)
  • Pump/CO2 cartridge
  • Tire levers
  • ID (Check out www.roadid.com )
  • Snacks/Gel. A cell phone is a good idea.

I look forward to seeing you tomorrow

Wascally Wabbit Sr.
