This Tuesday, we continue with the revitalization of the weekday rides that depart from the North side of town! The ride name may have changed, but it's still the same great ride! The aim of the ride is for solid training on the road bike with a mix of tempo pace, hard riding and intervals. We will ride a steady tempo (capped at about 23 - 24mph) all the way until CR 241. Once 241 is reached, the floodgates can open and the serious training commence, all the way back into Millhopper Road.

Bring along a blinkie taillight, darkness is falling earlier.

Time: 5:45pm, rollout 5:50pm

Where: Chevron Petrol station at the corner of Millhopper Road and 43rd Street.
