In our continuing tradition of cycling and eating, Strays will ride between 5 and 15 miles on Tuesday in the McIntosh area. We will ride McIntosh in order to take a look at the holiday decorations, and possibly venture up to Boardman and back. We'll take a vote after looking at the traffic situation.

Meet at 6:15 for a 6:30 departure, at the abandoned restaurant / Rail Depot parking area, about a half mile in toward Lake Orange, on either Avenue G or H, on the east side of 441. McIntosh is a very small town, you'll find it

Full legal lighting is required for this ride since we will be on public roads. A white headlight of minimum 5 watts or equivalent, a blinking or steady red tail light, and a passive red rear reflector (most blinkys are also passive red reflectors). Other reflective materials/lights are advisable and recommended. If you are planning to ride the portion to Boardman, I recommend a 10 watt minimum light, since we will be at road speed then.

Typically our night rides are between 12 -13 mph average. The portion in McIntosh itself will most likely be much slower.

There is a convenience store / rest room available in McIntosh.

No pacelines, no racing, no wheel sucking, just a fun social ride.

Post ride the hungry will head to either Rocky's Villa or Blue Highway. We'll take a vote.

Helmets are REQUIRED on all Strays rides, mirrors recommended, headphones forbidden.

Safety protocols are always observed on Strays rides
