This weeks schedule is as follows: Tuesday: Hard rotation, longer route this week (yay daylight!) Thursday: 30-45 minutes rotation, tempo the rest of the way back. Time & Location: This week -- 6:00PM depart, NW Chevron. NORTHWEST RIDES (NW 53rd Ave and NW 43rd St) Fast, hard, training ride. This ride usually ends up being pretty fast with speeds hovering around 25 mph for most of the ride with attacks reaching 30 mph at times. We do NOT wait for those that get dropped, unless there is a mechanical reason. Please be familiar with the NW part of Gainesville. As always, a helmet is required on all GCC rides.
