The Saddle Tramps will ride Wednesday,  March 16th, from Powers Park on Hawthorne Road/ Hwy 20, four miles from the intersection of East University and Hawthorne Road.  We will meet at 9:15 a.m. for an 9:30 a.m. departure, ride Hawthorne Road to C.R. 234, north to Windsor Boat Ramp, then back roads to Melrose, looping around for a return to Windsor and back to the start.  Approximately 37 miles.  There are bathrooms at the boat ramp parking lot, and there is a convenience store in Melrose at approximately half way.  This is a very scenic route, for the most part on country roads.  The Saddle Tramps generally ride from 12 to 15 miles per hour.
