FYI--as of this morning, there are rumble strips on south SR121/Williston Road. They are of the raised circular disk variety; they're about 1cm tall and positioned every 2 feet or so. They are positioned directly on the white line, in both traffic directions.

The strips start somewhere south of Wachahoota Road (that's as far south as I rode this morning) and end about 400 meters south of the SW 40th St traffic light.
