If anyone who has never been to Big Ron's Yoga
(I know, its an awful name) would like to try it with a free class, just
let me know. It is Bikram style (we do several more postures than a
traditional Bikram class) which means 100 degrees for 100 minutes.
To take advantage of this wonderful offer, you need to come to one of
the classes that i teach. This w/e I will be teaching Sat and Sun at 10AM;
get there about 10-15 minutes early as we are sometimes pretty crowded.
Next week Mon and Fri morning at 9, and tues and thurs night at 6:30.

We have yoga mats but you will need to bring a beach sized towel, a
small face towel, and something to drink---we have a water fountain to
refill your bottles. If you come to an evening class, i suggest hydrating
all that day pre-class; even though i drink A LOT during class, i routinely
lose 4-6 lbs of fluid over the summer.
NOT BEING LIMBER is not a reason to not come to yoga----it is one of
the best reasons TO COME to yoga.
This is a very intense workout----none of that Birkenstock, granola
eating,om crapola-----many professional athletes do these hot yoga
workouts.
Try it, you might like it.
