Does anyone know the Ride Leader, or origin of an MTB ride, that would place riders seemingly headed home at just after 7 pm on Tues evening and riding West on Depot Ave??

I was driving on Depot Ave at the above mentioned day & time this week, and "watched" as one rider cut across Depot Ave in very "close comfort" from the front of my truck. I reached the intersection of Depot & SW 6th Street at the same time as the 20+/- riders, only to watch them come to an abrupt halt in the middle of the crosswalk (in the intersection), and proceed to splay outwards in 4 different directions, against all lights, against all laws, and in the face of all that responsible urban cycling should represent or be seen as (with emphasis on "being seen as"). Adding to the display was the fact that only half (plus or minus) of the riders were equipped with lights, and dusk had by then fallen. The rider cutting it close in front of my vehicle had none.....

No direct accusations are herein made, and no blame need be assigned; I would simply request that anyone knowing the riders please pass along the err of their ways.
