Club,

Here at where I work and out on the street, a lot of riders have asked why we don't have a stationary bike session on a weekend evening after 6pm for people who can't ride earlier or don't own lights.  Of course the sessions would be club-based and so free of charge.  And I might do some individual ones myself on mornings as well (misery loves company).

On Bike Works end, this would require a little bit of planning and the purchase of some shop trainers for those who don't own their own, so we'd like to know who would be seriously interested in such a session.  We'd likely get a portable big flat screen we could watch cycling videos on, or crank the music and watch sports, or whatever.  We could do intervals from the Carmichael book, our own design, or just ride.  Their is a large fridge on premise as well.

The idea would be to do them outside except in the most extreme weather.  We are wind-protected and covered, and riding a trainer outside in the Gainesville winter is actually quite pleasant.  On extreme evenings, we would do a little rearranging and stay inside.

Let us know if you're interested,
