There was a question about the History ride to the Bellemy Road: 

Our route to Bellemy Road will be on the old Wire road, which is very sandy.   You would need a mountain bike to ride on the historic roads, they are not paved and sandy in places.

 

However if you have a road bike and would like to visit Bellemy Road, you can ride south on US 441.  About a mile south of the Park, you can turn left (east) onto Bellemy Road.  You will go about a mile down to a parking lot and historic kiosks.  You can meet us there and tour the historic road.  The Bellemy road is hard packed enough so that most road bikes should be able to ride most of the road.
