While riding through Micanopy on the Saddle Tramp ride today I had a heart felt plea from a local motorist (and former cyclist).  She drivers CR234 back and forth daily and has had several near misses with cyclists.  Her chief complaint was that both in the morning and at dusk (much earlier lately) she has a great deal of trouble seeing cyclists who are riding CR234 with no lights, front or rear.  This is a plea that can stop accidents before they occur especially with the winter sunrise/sunset times.  Please use extra caution and take heed.  Keep in mind this was not some bull headed cyclist hating motorist but rather one that is trying to prevent a major accident.
