Pedalers will ride Sunday, June 20th, from Earl P. Powers Park on Hawthorne Road circumnavigating Newnans Lake with an extension at the end to C.R. 325 bringing us back on the Gainesville Hawthorne Trail for a shaded 5 miles--approximately 27 miles total. Powers Park is four miles from the intersection of University Avenue East, and Hawthorne Road, with a left turn into the parking lot and boat launch at Newnans Lake. Be at the Park by 8:00 a.m. for an 8:10 a.m. departure.
