They are quite yummy and a nice way to stock up on energy bars. They
store well in the freezer until you are ready to grab one for a ride.
Instead of adding whole flax seeds, I ground my flax seeds in a coffee
grinder before adding them to the mix. I skipped the sesame seeds but
I see no reason why they wouldn't make a great addition to the energy
bars! I also ground up the sunflower seeds in my coffee grinder, but
you probably don't need to. I also made mine vegan by using Egg
Replacer and they hold together just fine.
