"The Kickstand" Gainesville's co-op community bike shop is celebrating its Second Anniverary this weekend, Fri.-Sun. Jan. 29-31.

Come and see the Kickstand as part of "Artwalk" on Friday night. There will be art and acoustic music.

Saturday features a "bike-in movie" and most likely local bands.

Sunday has various events, including a scavenger hunt bike race.

To all GCC members, this is a chance to see the current "alternative" crowd and listen to really bad garage bands, just like you did when you were young. Seriously, the young people in the bike community have put together co-op bike shop to help our community.
