Cool early morning temperatures are
forecast
for the next week, so we will give the sun an extra hour to start heating
the
air.
For those wanting to burn off some calories
prior
to adding them back on, on Thursday morning we will meet at the Boulware
Springs
entrance (the dirt parking lot by the road) of the Gainesville-Hawthorne
trail
at 10am for a 10:15am departure. The round trip of the rail trail is
31
miles.
On Sunday the 27th, we will meet at 10am for a
10:15 departure from the Chevron station at NW 43rd Street
and
Millhopper for a 44 mile ride up to High Springs, with one rest stop.
Expect a
pace of 16 mph. We will go out and return on Millhopper Road.
