OK, this Saturday, Dec 9th,  on NBC from 4-6 EST will be the Hawaii Ironman.. and a chance to see me...... WELL... you probably won't  exactly see me, but you will see the event and some pretty amazing people in some pretty awesome shape. But please be forwarned, you may catch  the IRONMAN fever!
