It’s time for volunteers to step up and commit for the Festival!

We’re less than four weeks away, and we have a lot of openings still available.  See http://gccfla.org/cgi-bin/gcfvolrich.cgi for details.  Our most numerous openings are on Sunday at Flemington and at the Lunch stop at the Robert’s farm.

We have two critical openings that must be filled soon in order for us to put on the Horse Farm Hundred.  We cannot do the ride without filling these openings.  We need a Crew Chief for the Lunch stop, and a Truck Driver for the Trail stop.  Both of these jobs entail helping load a truck on Saturday afternoon/evening, and driving it to your Aid stop on Sunday.  The Lunch stop Crew Chief also directs the activities at that stop.  Please let me know if you can consider doing one of these jobs.

If you are interested in helping with sign placements on the day of the rides, contact Scott Pfaff, SPfaff@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.  For other positions, reply to me.

Most volunteers qualify for a free t-shirt and a free ride.  In order for those benefits to register in the system, we need to get your volunteer position on the record before you sign up for the Festival.  If you are volunteering but not riding, please still sign up to record the t-shirt size and style that you would like; we won’t have one for you if you do not sign up.
